Light: Bright direct sunlight. Place your Citrus tree in the brightest window of your house and ensure your plant gets at least 6 hours of direct sunlight a day.

Water: Proper watering is one of the keys to growing any citrus plant, particularly those grown in pots. The aim is to keep the soil moist but not wet. Before watering, stick your finger or a chopstick into the soil. If the top 2" doesn't show dampness, then you water it as usual.
