It's the velvety, pale green, variegated leaves with flecks of silver that make this trailing plant so special. Originally found growing in the rainforests, the Satin Pothos is used to sitting in the dappled light under the trees and can handle occasional shade making it a great all-rounder houseplant.
Typically, its vines reach around 90 cm when cultivated in hanging baskets.
Low to moderate indirect sunlight, turn the pot occasionally to encourage the leaves to develop in all directions.
Keep the compost moist through the summer months, but be careful to not overwater your plant as it can lead to root rot. During winter, reduce the water regime by half. This plant can tolerate inconsistent watering.
Not edible. Toxic if accidentally ingested.
