Returns & Refunds

At Verd, we want every plant to arrive healthy and ready to thrive in its new home. We carefully pack all the orders well to ensure they'll be safe during transport.

Live Plants

Plants are living products and natural variation in size, shape, colour and stage of growth should be expected. Product photographs are intended as a guide and individual plants may vary.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your plant arrives damaged, unhealthy, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the plant and its packaging.

Because live plants are perishable goods that may deteriorate rapidly depending on handling and growing conditions after delivery, we cannot accept returns of plants that have been delivered as described and in good condition, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shopverd@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Non-Plant Products

Unused non-perishable products may be eligible for return in accordance with Irish and EU consumer law. Please contact us before returning any item.
